About returns and cancellations
As a general rule, we do not accept returns of products.

We do not accept returns for any reason other than initial defects. Please check the size, color, etc. carefully before placing your order.
All products sold at our store meet the manufacturer's quality standards. Minor scratches and scratches that occur unavoidably during manufacturing,
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges based on the understanding that dents or sunspots on the material are considered good quality products.
About repair requests
For initial defective products (within 7 days of receiving the product), we will repair or replace the product free of charge, or in some cases, provide a refund, so please contact us at info@gladgarb.jp.
If a defect occurs after the item has been worn, please send it to us prepaid and we will repair it for a fee. Prices and delivery dates will be handled individually, so please contact nfo@gladgarb.jp in advance.
About cancellation
We do not accept cancellations or changes to order details after the order has been confirmed.
Please check the contents carefully before placing your order.
About cooling off
"Cooling-off" is a system that applies to door-to-door sales.
A cooling-off period is not required for mail order sales.
